Have to do that last minute shopping trip for Thanksgiving?  If so, don't forget the cranberries! This simple recipe for Cranberry Relish will surely be a hit on your holiday table.  Bon Appetite and Happy Thanksgiving!

CRANBERRY RELISH

½ pound fresh cranberries
1 small orange, seeds removed, chopped, but do not peel
¾ cup sugar

In a food processor, process the cranberries and orange pieces until finely chopped. Add sugar to mixture and stir well. In a covered container, let mixture stand at least 1 hour before serving or overnight in the refrigerator. Stir well before serving.

*NOTE:  Makes about 6 servings but can be doubled.
